Membership: Three Tiers

Choose the level of concierge support that fits your needs

Tier 1

What you get:

  • Four visit with the US physicians and surgeons (Quarterly )

  • Care coordination & case management within Nigeria.

  • Referrals to providers and facilities within Nigeria and setup appointment as needed

  • Record Collection: We collect records, review them, and provide evidence base recommendations 

Tier 2

What you get:

  • In addition to everything in Tier 1, we also provide patients with medication from the US 

  • We provide in-house procedures in our Nigeria clinic  for musculoskeletal pain, administered by  our Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Anuli Mkparu, MD, MBA, MSc

  • Procedure for Regenerative Therapies including Joint supplementation administered in-office by our Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Anuli Mkparu, MD, MBA, MSc .

Tier 3

In additional to everything in Tier 1 and Tier 2, we also provide;

  • Care coordination and referrals within the U.S, because you are a patient of our U.S practice.

  • Continuous Guidance: You remain a patient of the U.S.  and Nigeria practices  for comprehensive continuity care across borders.
